Artist's Comments
One of the portraits from my lifetime project of painting a portrait of every student from the year book of my Venice High School graduating class. Dean and I were childhood friends. My mother and his mother were best friends. His mother was my den mother, when I was a cub scout, and our families used to go camping and water skiing together, including our annual summer 2 week trips to Lake Shasta, CA.
